You know, I get a little tired of making all these analyses with reference to aspects. While I am sure that for some astrologers who might be interested – this is a good thing. However for anyone else there is the desire for the kernel of the story.

Kernel: The current aspects to the US Chart are very stressful. It does look like the latent forces floating about with the big Cardinal SQ going on has found a trigger, Jupiter/Pluto. Where might this energy go. It might be a govt. agency building, but it may also be a bank or some other symbol of financial influence.

The good news is that our government may act wisely in this situation and handle it well. Not they won’t do some screw ups, but just not as many as usual.

Second: all this energy cannot bode well the may hot spots and war zones. Syria Egypt Pakistan Afghanistan Africa, the many problems with get set off in a more provocative way during the next month.

What can we say about all the world’s problems? At home within our own lives, sheltered in the US our problems tend to be around STARTING TO RELIGHT THE FIRE

I feel that across the country there is a growing feeling in all of us in some way of trying to rekindle the flame or desire, of motivation, or getting going. Here in LA it is as if everyone is rushing around to relax, if you can get that. The traffic is light. People are out of town trying to have fun. Not that they aren’t going to have fun, but it is the fun that belies the fact that we really are on a race to beat boredom.

There is a weary sense of being pounded by heavy aspects already and how can more be on the way: well, more is coming. The world is a macrocosm for the interior world of all of us. Harmony and direction is the goal. Where is it, how can we find it?

My advice to everyone. The station of Jupiter at 20 cancer is a key. The station of this giant planet which gives off more energy that it receives supplies the energy each individual needs to crank up the fall. Starting in Mid-September and going into November, the energy is coming to get a new direction. The key is to be ready.

Ready? Yes make plans for the fall, project good things happening. Imagine you are out in the sea on a surf board and in the distance you see a great wave starting to roll up. You would want to be ready, right? Well that is true of the Jupiter input this fall, a sustained out flowing of personal and domestic energy independent of the larger cardinal cross.

So right now, hunker down, plan big for the fall, don’t let this energy be wasted by not having a target of something you want to get done, or to start, or to rejoice in. In a world of dark clouds, there will be some sunshine from Jupiter if we just open the curtains and let the light in.

The new moon on July 8th in 16 degrees of Cancer is conjunct Mercury–retrograde. The theme of this retrograde will continue to bring troubling transformations. On the global scale, one has only to look at Egypt to see what havoc is possible in this situation. The Egyptian coup or whatever you want to call it, happened when balsamic moon was exactly opposite the transiting Pluto.

For most of us this new moon will bring a strong energy to deal with the problems in our own home, our own neighborhood, our own state, country. This applies to the world itself and we as individual are a microcosm of that macrocosm.

The grand trine of Saturn, Neptune and Jupiter is a major event, bringing energy for all of us to look at the tides of change that we have recently gone through and the changes that are to come. Jupiter has just gone from Air to Water and this change in the Greek elements foreshadows a strong shift. The Sabian Symbol for the degree of this moon is ” The germ grows into knowledge and life”
The idea here is the life forced, the drive to identity of the seed of a life, from the human to the life of the planet itself is involved right now in a push to greater unfoldment.
For the individual the challenge is to watch and let this emerging energy continue on its path. The seed of the oak is now above ground, the die is cast, the event of revolution in governments is matched by the changes that we are going through on many levels. The gay victory in the decision of the supreme court, that is a continuation of the energy of Stonewall. The problem in this moon is that the Mercury conjunctions weds this energy with the confusing communication aura of this disruptive retrograde. There will be a super moon Sunday June 23, 2013. This super moon will be the closest the moon gets to the earth this calendar year. The Moon will look the brightest and this moon is ideal for any personal ritual you might want to perform.

Being so close to the solstice this moon adds special energy to the prospects of putting wishes out at this time to catch this high point spiritual spotlight from the ruler of the sing and the ruler of the tides. Tides will be higher at this time and is a good metaphor for the fields of energy and cosmic consciousness. Imagine that the greater interest of the cosmic source is a wave and with your consciousness you can catch this wave and like a surfer on a big wave of Neptune surge towards your goals for the second half of this year.

Mercury will go retrograde June 26th and will go direct on July 29. Since Cancer is a water sign and is the ruler of the fourth house, special attention should be spend within the areas of the home, such as actual dwelling, domestic issues and some aspects with the family.
Look in your chart and find which house which is ruled by Cancer and then in which the moon is in. These two clues will indicate where to expect the greatest effect. For Example if Cancer in on your ASC and the Moon is in Aquarius, you can expect issues of independence in the way you express yourself to the world or in the very way you project your self during this time. Family issues will arise in terms of the way your and your relationships will be analyzed. For example, are you having trouble getting the personal freedom to express what you really want to achieve in finding inter-face with others in your family or with your friends who function like family.
With Cancer on the Ascendant, your twelfth house will also be active as no doubt Mercury will regress over your ascendant. This will bring up memories of past situations in the family where you expressed suppression of you’re your growth because of some family problem or parenting issue you have had.
